Profitec Pro 400: Espresso Settings & Dial-In Guide

The Profitec Pro 400 is a heat exchanger espresso machine, designed for home use. It features e61 solenoid (passive) pre-infusion, a 58mm portafilter. Temperature control is available via an offset dial, giving you some flexibility beyond grind adjustments alone. The adjustable OPV lets you fine-tune brew pressure beyond the factory setting. Allow 25+ minutes of warm-up time for temperature stability.
