Temp surfs even more widely than Gaggia Classic Pro — can go 88–100°C.
PID mod (Auber 2-line, Rancilio PID) is very common.
Without PID: strict temp surfing required — flush 2–3 oz after steaming, wait 45–60 seconds before pulling.
With PID: can give precise temp targets.
