The Rocket Espresso Appartamento is a heat exchanger espresso machine, designed for prosumer use. It features e61 solenoid (passive) pre-infusion, a 58mm portafilter. With no user-adjustable temperature control, grind adjustments are your primary lever for dialing in. The adjustable OPV lets you fine-tune brew pressure beyond the factory setting. Allow 25+ minutes of warm-up time for temperature stability.
