Cafelat Robot: Espresso Settings & Dial-In Guide

The Cafelat Robot is a piston espresso machine, designed for home use. It features natural (spring/lever) pre-infusion, a 58mm portafilter. With no user-adjustable temperature control, grind adjustments are your primary lever for dialing in. As a manual machine, brew pressure is entirely in your hands — technique is everything. It heats up in about 2 minutes — ready quickly for your morning shot.
